Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-10-14. Last updated: 2026-10-14.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GCExperts LLC ("we", "us") governing your use of FGWizards at fgwizards.com ("the Service"), a website about federal acquisition rules change tracking. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service provides information and membership features related to federal acquisition rules change tracking. FGWizards is owned and operated by GCExperts LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. government or any federal agency. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee any particular result from using the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter this agreement where you live, to create an account.
3. Payments, renewals, and refunds
The paid membership is $99 one-time. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless clearly stated at checkout, a purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review a refund in good faith. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund right you have under applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual-property rights;
- impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access;
- interfere with the Service, including by scraping, overloading, or introducing malicious code.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, and its branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service except as allowed by law.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe for payments and our email provider for transactional email. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those parts of the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information it contains is accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide a prominent notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
14. Not legal advice; information only
FGWizards is an information service. It reports changes to the federal acquisition regulations as published in the Federal Register (Title 48 of the Code of Federal Regulations) and links the primary source for each entry. FGWizards does not provide legal advice, does not advise on whether a rule applies to your specific contract or circumstances, and using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. Regulatory text changes, and the summaries, citations and effective dates shown on the Service may be superseded or corrected by the government; always read the linked government document and consult a qualified professional for your own situation.
